We ship across India in padded, gift-ready boxes.
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more (after discounts). Otherwise a flat ₹79.
- Metro cities: 2–4 days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4–7 days.
- Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes.
- Gift wrap with a handwritten note is ₹49. Gift parcels never include prices.
💝 Returns & damage
Each piece is handmade, so tiny variations are part of the charm. If something arrives damaged, send us an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours and we'll repair, remake or refund it.
Custom and personalised pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

What are your flowers made of?＋
Soft chenille stems (also called pipe cleaners or fuzzy wire), shaped entirely by hand. Some pieces use ceramic pots, natural wood slabs, resin 'water' or warm LED fairy lights.
Do they really last forever?＋
Yes. They never wilt, never drop petals and never need water. Keep them out of harsh direct sun for years to keep the colours bright.
Are they safe for kids and pets?＋
They're decorative, not toys. The wire ends are tucked in, but small parts and lights aren't meant for little ones under 3 or for pets to chew.
Can I change the colours?＋
Absolutely. Most pieces can be made in your colours. Add a note in the gift-message box, or send a custom order request for bigger changes.
How long does it take to make my order?＋
Ready pieces ship in 1–2 days. Made-to-order and bridal pieces take 3–10 days. We'll tell you the date before we start.
Do you take bulk or event orders?＋
Yes! Return gifts, weddings, corporate gifting and décor. Use the custom order form and we'll send a quote within 24 hours.
